Easy, Cheesy Zucchini Fries with Goat Cheese
Kabrita’s Snack Puffs make the most delicious cheesy crumb for these fries. These are surprisingly addictive and take no time at all. It’s best to enjoy these fresh from the oven when they are still crispy and warm!
- 3 bags of Kabrita Snack Puffs with Goat Cheese
- 1 medium zucchini
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Set the oven to 425 F and line one baking tray with parchment paper. To make the crumb, combine Kabrita Snack Puffs with Goat Cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a food processor and blend until it has a crumbly soft consistency. Place the crumb in a large bowl and set aside. Beat one egg in a separate bowl and set aside. Cut 1 zucchini into 1/3-inch fries.
Working quickly, coat the zucchini slices in the crumb, then egg, then back into the crumb and onto the baking sheet. After all the zucchini slices make it to the baking sheet, pop them into the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. These fries are best enjoyed right away as they will go soft if left out for too long. Bon appetit!
