To prepare your own customized smoothie, combine the following ingredients into a blender.

Kabrita Goat Milk Formula, prepared by adding the indicated amount of powder into the desired amount of water.
- A handful of your favorite fruit. We love mango, pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and banana.
- A scoop of healthy fat. Our go-to fabulous fats include avocado, nuts & seeds (and their butter) and coconut oil.
- A sprinkle of veggies. We find that spinach, finely grated zucchini and prepared cauliflower rice work well.
- A shot of flavor is optional, depending on your little one’s preference. We enjoy cinnamon, cocoa, and vanilla.
Directions
Blend well – adding several ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
