Incorporating Kabrita Formula into your Smoothies

Directions

1. In a blender, prepare Kabrita Goat Milk Formula by adding indicated amount of powder into desired amount of water.
2. Add a handful of your favorite fruit – we love mango, pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and banana.
3. Add one scoop of fat. Our go-to fats include avocado, nuts and seeds (and their butters) and coconut oil.
4. Sprinkle in some veggies. We find that spinach, finely grated zucchini and prepared cauliflower rice work well.
5. Add a shot of flavor – this is optional depending on your little one’s preference. We enjoy cinnamon, cocoa and vanilla.
6. Blend well and add several ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Yummy Banana Bites

• 1/2 banana mashed
• 1 medium egg
• 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp Water
• 3 tbsp Kabrita Organic Goat Milk Porridge Multigrain
• 1/4 tsp baking powder 

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Mix wet ingredients well, then add dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. Grease or line a mini muffin pan. Pour by 1 tbsp into mini muffin pan. Cook 18-22 minutes (till toothpick comes out clean). Cool and serve! Store in an airtight container in the fridge, warm up for 8-10 seconds in microwave if desired.
