Want an easy, no-bake, fortified and healthy cookie dough recipe? These G'oat Cookie Dough bites make a perfect on-the-go snack. Throw them into your little ones' lunchbox, pack them up for your next family picnic or keep them on-hand to prevent any meltdowns when you're out and about.
Makes 6 balls
Simply blend dates, plus your choice of milk alternative and Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula together. Once the dates are blended to your liking, add the blended mixture to a bowl of chocolate chips, oat flour, vanilla extract and stir.
Pop the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes and then roll into 1-inch balls. This is a great opportunity to get the kids involved also!
