Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is for children 12-24 months, and we cannot recommend it to children under the age of 12 months. While our Toddler Formula meets FDA nutritional requirements for infant formula and is made in an infant formula manufacturing facility, it has not yet gone through the FDA evaluation process that is required for infant formula. Please review our Nutrition Comparison Chart to help determine when Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula might be a suitable option for your patients.

Kabrita USA is working on meeting the criteria, as outlined by the FDA, to launch goat milk infant formula in the US. At this time, Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is available in the USA.

Yes, like all baby formula, Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is fortified with important nutrients, including folic acid, iron and DHA.

Fluid goat milk is not suitable for young babies, whose kidney function is not yet fully developed and have a hard time handling by-products of protein digestion. Kabrita Goat Milk Formula contains an adapted amount of protein and is safe for babies.

No, Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is not suitable for babies with cow milk allergy. Children with cow milk allergy may also react to the protein in goat milk.

Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula may be a gentle option: For supplementing and weaning, for little ones who are sensitive* to cow milk protein, for parents wanting a safely imported European Formula that offers nutritional assurance for picky eaters, as a safe alternative to ‘homemade’ goat milk formula, and as a nutritious alternative to whole cow’s milk at age 1

*Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is not suitable in cases of confirmed Cow Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) as there is a high-risk of cross reactivity between goat and cow milk proteins

The main difference between Kabrita Goat Milk Formula and a cow milk-based formula is the protein source. Goat milk protein forms a smaller, softer and looser curd in the gut compared to cow milk protein and it is broken down faster.

We're pleased to share that Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is SNAP EBT eligible at participating retailers, including Whole Foods and Sprouts. At this time, Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula is not covered under WIC, however, providers can complete state WIC referral forms for specialty formula which patients can then submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
