We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50*

*excluding Alaska and Hawaii

Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours.

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Using a P.O. box at checkout will extend the order processing time as the address will need to be corrected. Please contact Customer Service if you accidentally used a P.O. Box at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please contact Customer Service if you have not received this email within a week of placing your order.

Kabrita is not currently available at retailers in Canada.We are not able to ship to Canadian addresses.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled if your order is in fulfillment process. Please provide us with the order number and your name. Refunds should appear on your credit card same day, depending on what time the cancellation is processed. If you need to make a change to your mailing address, please include the full address including your zip code and we will try our best to make the change before your order ships.

Returns

We do not accept returns to our warehouse to ensure the safety of our product. We do not issue credit or replacements for any unused products.

We are unable to refund purchases from other retailers. Please contact them directly for return or replacement. We encourage our customers to avoid purchasing from third party retailers such as Ebay as we cannot guarantee the quality of product purchased from unauthorized sellers.
