All Kabrita orders are shipped via FedEx.
Ground orders will ship the next business day.
Please call us at 1-855-816-3999 and we will look into options for you. Alternatively, Amazon offers rush service to prime members in certain areas in the USA. You are also welcome to look into that option as often this is a faster service than what we can provide from our warehouse.
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Approximately 48 business hours after placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received one, please contact us at 1-855-816-3999 and we will provide you with a tracking number.
Kabrita is not currently available at retailers in Canada. However, you are able to order Kabrita products on iherb.com.
If you placed your order today we will be happy to cancel or modify your order. Please provide us with the order number and your name. Refunds should appear on your credit card same day, depending on what time the cancellation is processed. If you placed your order any time before today chances are that it is already on its way to you. Once received, or if already received, please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-855-816-3999 Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST.
A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will appear on your credit card or PayPal account within 1-3 days of product’s return to warehouse. Please provide us with the order number and your name and we will keep an eye on the box at the warehouse.
Products can not be returned if opened. If you have questions, please email us or call us and we’ll be happy to help you.
A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We are happy to exchange product if it is damaged upon receipt. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case.
